These things are no joke—the habanero comes through with a serious, lasting burn that the coriander rounds out nicely. I was impressed the meat is from grass-fed cattle, you can tell it's quality. Kept a pack in my desk for the afternoon slump, definitely delivers on the spice front.
The heat hits immediately but settles into a nice warmth, not a burn that overpowers the meat. I appreciate that the snack is grass-fed and finished, which gives it a cleaner taste than most spicy sticks I've tried.
That coriander really rounds out the habanero burn instead of just hitting you with pure heat. The grass-fed meat gives it a solid, clean chew that holds up even after a few hours in my work bag.
