Writes smoothly right out of the box, and the red casing is bold enough that I don't misplace it on the counter between orders. The grip is comfortable for jotting down quick notes all shift without my hand cramping up.
The clip is sturdy enough to stay hooked on my apron all shift, and the red color makes it easy to spot when I set it down. Writes smoothly right out of the package, which is a nice surprise for a team pen.
Bought this to keep at the register and the red is vibrant enough that I don't lose it between orders. Clip feels sturdy enough to last a busy shift. Only wish it had a slightly finer tip for writing on those small receipt tags.
