칠리 라임 비프

Opened one during a hike and the chili heat built up nicely without overpowering the lime tang, which stayed bright and juicy to the last bite. The texture is firm but not chewy, and the spice makes you want another stick immediately.

The lime really comes through first, then the chili heat creeps in and lingers just enough to make you want another bite. I grabbed a pack for a road trip and they held up perfectly in the cooler, no mess, no fuss. This is my new go-to when I need something savory with a real kick.

The snap when you bite through the casing is perfect, and the chili heat builds just enough without overpowering that bright lime finish. I've already finished three sticks in two sittings, which says more than any review could.
